This week, Transition Year (TY) students in Mrs. Murphy’s class embraced the festive spirit with a series of creative and heartwarming Christmas celebrations. The classroom was transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with sparkling decorations, twinkling lights, and a beautifully adorned Christmas tree.
Students showcased their talents through various activities, including crafting handmade ornaments, and festive treats, and organizing a Christmas quiz. The highlight of the celebration was a thoughtful gift exchange, where each student shared a personalized token of appreciation with their peers.
Mrs. Murphy praised the students for their enthusiasm and teamwork. "It’s wonderful to see the joy and camaraderie this season brings out in the class. They’ve truly captured the essence of Christmas."
The event concluded with carols sung by the students, creating a magical atmosphere that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. It was a celebration filled with laughter, creativity, and the true spirit of giving.
As the term winds down, the TY students and Mrs. Murphy’s class have certainly set the tone for a cheerful and festive holiday season!
